Lots of snow today so Grace's game in Lacombe got cancelled. Yay, a free afternoon. And Grace can watch the All Star Game, although she should be studying for her Social diploma exam tomorrow. Geoff is going over to Tim's to help him pour cement in the new bathroom.Tim has been really busy down there so maybe it won't be too long till it is finished.
Talked to Anne yesterday and she is excited about all the visitors. She has the whole three weeks that we will be there off, so may be travelling with us at least some of the time. She just sounded really happy with how things are working out for her there, looks like she made the right move.
Grace and I went to see The Bucket List last night. I have to say I did not have high hopes for that movie, but it was pretty good. Not too sappy, just a bit. Jack Nicholson totally reminds me of Dad.
Lisa tell us about your new TV. We got one too and put the big wall unit downstairs so the living room looks much bigger.
Off for a walk in the snow after lunch. I hope it snows enough that the cross-country ski trail at the golf course can get groomed. We didn't go once last year, there was only enough snow for a couple of weeks of skiing and we were probably at hockey most of the time.
Babble, babble, babble.

I like babbling posts.
We didn't get a new TV, though we almost did. In the end we decided that it was a waste of resources to get a new one when ours still worked fine.
Hey...you still haven't said whether you want o go to Ireland and Cornwall or not.
I talked to a friend who's from GB, and asked where would be good places to go. He suggested Cornwall. So, this is good!

So where's the small wall unit from downstairs now?

It's still there. We have to rearrange things downstairs. Someone from Dad's work might buy the big one. At any rate, there is now a bigger TV down there for
DDR and Guitar Hero.

It snowed here a little today! You should take and post some pictures of the new arrangement in the living room & uncle Jack's.

No fresh snow here, but its pretty cold - the nice thing is that the sun is shining so we can take a choice - sun and cold or snow and warmer - its turning into a long cold snowy winter here. Mind you its only half as cold as AB.
I'm with Will - some pics would be nice - of all the changes and improvements would be nice - some of us have never seen the Ferreys new flooring, then there's Judes and the Longs have done some too (would we call this the year of the floors?) Sounds like everyone is also rearranging, etc. I feel like a lazy woman reading it all.
Am so glad that all is going so great for Anne - she deserves it and can hardly wait for the big trip - only about 6 weeks to go. Its also great she has all that time off and can spend some of it with us. In addition to Cornwall and Ireland Lisa and Richard also want to see Stonehenge and maybe Bath if we can work it out. I think I read that there is a Roman remains similar to Bath in Wales. Since everything will be new to me, I'm interested in anything.
How are the tests going Grace? Glad to hear that Tim is proceeding with his basement renos - how about some pictures of them Tim?

Re Ireland and Cornwall: Not sure yet. We're going to stay at a B & B in Bangor, Anne is checking things out for us.
