A Surprise
Thanks everyone for the beautiful tables. You can't see the tops very well here but they are very nice. Jude finished the oiling and screwing while she was here. I am lucky to have such a thoughtful family.We did have a good weekend and the weather even cooperated. We had a great breakfast outside on Sunday before Jude left. Geoff had to go to work but I was able to make waffles and have everything finish cooking at about the same time.

I was kind of worried about breakfast when Theresa used a recipe to make the waffles (Geoff does not need a recipe)but the waffles were delish, as was the rest of breakfast.
We didn't think you would need a quilt. And now you are 55, so past quilt stage.
Jude and Al did a great job on them! I provided moral support.
Note the peas starting to grow in the top picture. Carrots are up too.
