We found this picture on line it shows our old house on fire, it is the ball of fire behind the last town house there. It is amazing how it impacted me even though we have not lived there for 4 years and the inside had been changed so much. Wow
We wre trying to figure out if our old home was still standing. Maybe we are better off not knowing for now. did the crimson fire destroy any cabins/homes?
we got sent an aerial photo last night and indead the house we lived in is non-existant. HOW SAD. amazing how much emotion is attached to a home you haven't lived in for years!

Oh, Laura -- it probably brought back some of your fears when you had to be ready to evacuate before. It's so very strange.
What a terrible thing. When you think of all the work you guys put into it and now it's all gone.
how very eerie! I sort of know how you feel - after all it was your home for quite a long while and a very nice home at that
Scary
Ug, it makes me feel yucky-I can't imagine how it makes you feel. Poor house.
