OK, now we are seriously thinking about this one.
It's in Glenmore, around the corner from Highland Dr.
Cheaper and in better condition than the other. The kitchen floor is cork. And the kitchen itself is a thing of beauty.
And we could suite it or Richard could work out of the house, doing massage. It's set up well for that...
No jacuzzi tub, but the bathtub is a deep one.

Wow. I like this one better even though I don't really like bilevels. What a kitchen. And great location. How much is it over-priced.
Yes, I am not a fan of bilevels either, but this one contradicts that idea, it doesn't feel like one.
I think it's only overpriced by $20,000.
Richard thinks its more overpriced than that, but still a good buy.
We think we will put in an offer...

Are the 5 bedrooms so me & my 3 cats can have our own rooms?
If a suite is put in, then you could have your own living quarters with the cats.
