New Job

The new job at the church is going well. Every one there is really nice, which helps a lot. It's a bit overwhelming meeting all the people that go there, and help out, and they all expect you to remember who they are. It's been crazy busy though, since they decided that on Sunday one of the regular services will be a Solomn High Mass for the Presentation of Christ at the Temple. This means a whole lot extra in the bulletin (which I create). Wouldn't be too much trouble but a) we only found this out yesterday
b) we didn't know exactly what to put in, and had to keep waiting for Logan to be done his various meetings. It's been a bit of a baptism by fire, but I'm keeping on top of it, and really enjoy the work.

good morning all- is there no news in the entire family? Except for Will of course. Glad to hear the new job is going well and that you are enjoying it, Will.
Yesterday was groundhog day and would have been Joe's79th birthday so I was feeling a bit sad - it's almost 6 years since he's been gone but I miss him a lot. 6 years ago Judith came on one of her nightmare trips (for her) and was here to celebrate his day just before we went to Vancouver. Anyway had an email from Christine yesterday remembering him, which was very nice.
There's not much new here - the Wensinks are busy being landlords this week - sure don't miss that. It's still winter altho' a lot of the ice is gone and Lisa's first bulbs are showing, mine are under a foot of snow. But it's supposed to warm up and rain next week, so spring is en route. It has been a long winter - after so many warm short ones, it's a shock.
