A free day
Everyone is leaving to return from whence they came. Anne just left with Tim for Red Deer where she will meet her ride to Edmonton. Jude and Will left Tuesday. Wah. Sam and Grace will be home till Sunday.
But - I get today off! I am usually the only going to work during the holidays, but today Geoff is the only one. I was going to tidy up the living room today but Geoff and the kids did it last night while I was at the blood donor clinic. And he washed the floor. I hit the husband jackpot when I married that guy.

This is last day of celebration here - Al and Annie leave tomorrow. We are have dinner at the Wensinks - Annie's making a fabulous desert, I'm making beef wellington (a 1st try) and the rest are filling in the gaps.
The girls hauled me to the dr yesterday - she confirmed the bursitis and gave a list of things to do 4 or 5 of them each 3 times a day - I feel I'll be doing nothing else, but if it doesn't work, it means physical therapy or possibly the dreaded shots. so heres hoping.
sounds like everyone had a great holiday season - Jim & Sandi are home, after the return trip from hell he said - its all in the timing I say, but they had a good time

I guess I'd better mail Sandi's Christmas present. Didn't have it ready to send before they left for Manitoba and have procrastinated since.
My cold is still hanging in there, but went to thepharmacy today and got some stuff, so it is feeling better than it was.
