You bet! I had my seasonal 2 weeks ago and when the H1N1 is available here will get it too! Kinda like wearing a seat belt-- it doesn't guarantee you will survive but makes the odds a lot higher and injury/infection less severe.
I'm getting both Monday, the 1st day they offer it here. H1N1 is circulating here-don't want to expose any patients (or family on trip to Scotland) to it. PLus, people can get so sick with it-cousin Rhonda was in hospital.
You tell them Allison. I wasn't going to get the vaccine, then thought maybe I should because of being the plane but now the vaccine will not be available here till after we get back.
Albertans are stubborn. If the federla government said don't get the flu shot, that's when they would. Grace, you've got to up the bossiness factor if you want to nurse. Get with me here.
Ontario ran out, so no shot for me. I would definitely get it though, as read a touching story about some woman whose kid is immunocompromised and can't get vaccinated... so relies on other people not infecting him. Seems fair enough to not spread too many germs to those around me.

Stop lecturing me.
I only lecture when you deserve it. And lecturing is needed.
