long time no post
Haven't posted because I have had a hard time getting signed in. Tried it on Internet Explorer this time and it worked.
Lisa can you send the link for the houseboat? We lost our old e-mail with the link in it.
We are looking forward to the trip and are desperately hoping for some warm sunny weather. It has been stormy cold and rainy here all month and we are sick of it. On the occasional nice days you can't go outside because of the mosquitoes.
Tim passed his journeyman exam on Thursday and is now done school. He also passed his interprovincial exam on Friday. Now he gets a big raise.
Sam has officially been accepted at the U of A and residence so will soon be set for next year.

Boy they sure their results fast, I thought since it would be like other exams that government has a hand in, and you would have to wait for weeks. Any way congratulations Tim, that is wonderful.
Was wondering what had happened to everyone - now I know, at least one. Am glad that I am not the only one having a problem from time to time! Just a week till the big sail - checked the long range and they are saying the next 7 days will be good - approaching 30, it rained buckets here all last night and part of this am, but is clearing now. We really needed rain and am glad it happened this week.
Congrats to both Tim and Sam - it's always good to hear that things have fallen into place for those who deserve it!

Sam, I hope you treat the business librarians well when you are here. They are a really energetic & smart group of people. They're helpers!
When they write their apprenticeship exams they wait while they are being marked and when the examiner has marked enough to see that you pass, he tells you. The official marks come later.
I forgot Sam, congratulations on being accepted to the U of A. Now instead of you bossing people around at work, the profs will boss you!!
