The Lodge is Booked
I have booked the lodge, the cost is 350 per night and I think that is pretty reasonable. Nothing too much new here, it got cold again today, not too sure how long it will last. I am hoping this is still a part of the in like a lion stuff, and March will be out like a lamb.

Jude- do we need to pay for the place now, or when we arrive?? I presume you had to at least give a deposit ?
I did and the balance is due at the end of June. I would just as soon wait until then, and collect all at once, that way we should know how many will be there for sure.
Thanks for seizing the reins, Jude. Our holiday is going to be fun. I think Geoff and I will go on from Golden to visit Will.
I think I want to go parasailing at Golden.

Kirsten said she wants to go to Golden with Sivaks, too! But maybe she meant with her own family.
Don't worry - I only lurk on the Sivak blog, I wouldn't dare lurk on the Sivak vacation!
As long as you don't put us over 10 people in the lodge, you would be WELCOME to join a Sivak vacation!
Jude- I understood that the 10 people limit was just for sleeping and if so, some could camp, but socialize, eat etc with the family (as if they were sleeping at the lodge).
Could this be so ??
Maybe if we party hard, and only 10 sleep at a time ?
We have guitar hero and that dancy game, and could possibly rent a few and go 24 hours a day with only 10 asleep at a time.
