Laura - got blog #3 but the others must have disappeared into cuyberspace!Still wet and cool here but they are promising sun and +20 for the weekend. Grapes and all are still on the vine but by Sat it should be dry enough to go into them. You're right about the name - everyone seems to be on the move. Family Ramblings

What would be the "linear narrative" of the family if not rambling?
It kind of reminds me of this *great* index I saw in a Judy Garland biography:
Garland, Judy. Childhood of, 16-30. Homosexual fans of, 122. Mental health of, 145-155. Mother issues of, 110, 125, 351.
etc. I think a fun project for our houseboating is to have a set amount of time to write out the index of our lives!
Good lord. What a librarian thing to say. Can we catalogue our lives according to the Dewey Decimal System as well??
