a little jaunt to Whiterock
hello all
I had a really nice time visiting with Noreen & Dale- they are the sort of people that even after 5 yrs, you just pick up your unfinished talk. They are doing very well - still very active and enjoying the coast. They have a nice home quite close to the ocean which makes for some nice walks. We pretty much talked nonstop - all in all , it was great.
Glad to learn the quilting bee was a success and that you all had fun as usual with sisters + Grace days.
its still pretty nice here - raining today, which we aLREADY NEED BADLY, BUT WARM.
Have been out in the yard raking, etc, but too wet today
A nice surprise when I got home - Richard had shampooed every carpet and mat in the house and it looks soo good - what a guy!

It's funny how going away for a visit is so much fun, but getting home again is almost as good.
True.
Though this week at work did not lead me to being happy to be back there-still difficult or not-my job is awesome.
you got it right - I think that coming home is really the best part
We missed you, Mom. But glad you had a good trip.
It's springish again today! Going to ride bike.
Taking your bike helps you avoid the weirdos on the #5.
I remember taking the #5 to go visit Baba. No fancy LRTs in those days.
